Coconut Bowls

Our original coconut bowls are made from reclaimed coconut shell after their meat and water have been extracted. These bowls have been polished with virgin coconut oil.

These coconut shell bowls are hand made from real coconuts grown in tropical locations in South East Asia. Each coconut is cut, cleaned and finished by hand to the highest quality. Unlike other coconut bowl suppliers, we only allow the highest quality coconut shells through quality control and adhere to the following QC procedures.

1. Each bowl must balance flat on a surface to ensure that it will not tip over.

2. Each bowl must be aged 10 months or older. This results in a stronger and harder coconut shell.
3. Each bowl must be a minimum of 12cm wide (max 14cm) and have a depth of 6cm.

Many coconuts have pointy ends which make it difficult to use as a bowl, as even when sanded it will cause a thin and less durable bowl thats at risk to breaking.

Packing

Each bowl is wrapped in a padded cushioning and tissue paper. For orders of 1000 or more we can also print custom wrapping baed on your needs. We typically pack 100 units into a single carton. The weight will vary from 9kg - 11kg.

Delivery can be arranged via sea-freight or air-freight depending your urgency and budget for shipping.

For sea-freight you can expect the cost to be approx. $0.40 per bowl within 35 business days. 

For air-freight you can expect the cost to be approx. $1 - $2 per bowl within 5 business days,
